Job Description

Role Summary:​


We’re looking for a General Manager – Operations with deep experience in the auto parts 

industry to take over core backend operations including inventory, procurement, QC, 

dispatch, and logistics. This role reports directly to the Director and serves as the operational 

backbone of the company. Right hand man to the Director. 


Key Responsibilities:


●​Lead operations across inventory, procurement, packaging, and dispatch​

 

●​Manage vendor relations and ensure timely material procurement​

 

●​Oversee dispatch planning, packaging, and logistics coordination​

 

●​Monitor and enforce quality control procedures​

 

●​Build and implement SOPs across functions​

 

●​Generate weekly MIS reports and coordinate with sales/accounts teams​

 

●​Handle team supervision, on-ground problem-solving, and process improvements​

 

Requirements:


●​Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile spare parts operations​

 

●​Strong leadership and multitasking abilities​

 

●​Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of inventory/ERP software a plus​

 

●​Willingness to take ownership of ground-level operations​

 

●​Fluent in Hindi; functional English skills
