About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads via calls, emails, social outreach, and events.
  • Schedule and deliver product/service demos and presentations.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM; maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms; close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success for smooth onboarding/handovers.
  • Track competition and share actionable market insights.
  • Submit weekly reports on pipeline, conversions, and revenue.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 12 years of successful B2B/B2C sales experience (inside or field).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Solid objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Nice to Have

  • MBA

    (Sales/Marketing) or relevant certifications.
  • Experience in IT Industry.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas.
