Location: Remote (India)JobType: full-timeThe Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring and managing small to mid-sized business clients, with a strong focus on the Beauty, Wellness, and Professional Services sectors. This role involves selling solutions and services to international clients across the USA and Europe, owning the complete sales lifecycle, and building long-term customer relationships.This position is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who is comfortable working independently, engaging global clients, and consistently achieving targets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard small and mid-sized clients within Beauty, Wellness, and Professional Services segments
  • Drive international sales across USA and Europe markets
  • Own the full sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Conduct virtual sales meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospective customers
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat business and account growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with minimal supervision
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, lead tracking, and activity updates using CRM tools
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, preferably in international markets
  • Proven experience selling solutions or services to small businesses, particularly in Beauty, Wellness, Clinics, Salons, Coaches, or Professional Services
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and business culture in USA and Europe
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Strong follow-up discipline with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working across international time zones

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services, digital solutions, SaaS, or consulting sales
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management capabilities
