Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

● Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and

professional manner.

● Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively promote products or

services.

● Educate customers on the features, benefits, and pricing of our offerings.

● Use persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.

● Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.

● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to

provide a seamless customer experience.

● Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

● Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and

self-learning initiatives.

● Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a diplomatic and

empathetic manner.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to

adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:-

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

● Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to actively listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

● Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.

● Excellent time management and organizational skills.

● Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools are preferred.

● Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

● No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a

sales-oriented role is essential.
