Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting
: Actively source new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and on-ground activities.
Product Pitching
: Clearly communicate and pitch all types of loan products – including
Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Working Capital Loans, Machinery Loans, and Project Finance
.
Client Meetings & Relationship Management
: Meet clients to understand their loan requirements and offer customized solutions.
Documentation & Coordination
: Guide clients through the loan application process, including KYC, documentation, and eligibility checks.
Lender Liaison
: Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to process and close the cases efficiently.
Target Achievement
: Achieve and exceed monthly loan disbursal and revenue targets.
Reporting
: Maintain daily MIS and pipeline reports and update CRM systems regularly.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
1 to 3 years in loan sales (field sales preferred).
Industry Exposure:
Prior experience with DSA, NBFCs, or banks in loan processing/sales is a must.

Languages

Education:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing & Sales or Finance is a plus.

Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of loan documentation and eligibility processes

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure and field activities
