Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, bookkeeping, and transaction recording.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements regularly.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and management reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and year-end closing activities.
• Manage and ensure accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Utilize Tally and Excel to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
• Perform basic office administration tasks to support the finance department.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• [Optional] Certification in Tally, GST, or other relevant accounting software/courses
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
