Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, negotiating and closing sales deals, and providing post-sale support. The role will involve working closely with the marketing team to plan and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of solar energy and related products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
