Your role as a closer will involve moving conversations towards a clear yes or no without delays. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling and attending client meetings on platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Fiverr when required. During these meetings, you will present our services clearly and professionally, taking brief notes to update internal records effectively. Maintaining accurate chat logs, notes, and status updates for each lead will be crucial. You will prepare end-of-shift reports covering pending chats, discussion summaries, and next steps. Updating trackers, Google Sheets, or CRM with new leads and follow-up dates will help in streamlining our sales process. In your role, it is essential to maintain professional and polite communication at all times. Adhering to existing templates and guidelines for replies, offers, and follow-ups will ensure consistency in our communication. Your feedback on client interactions will be valuable in improving our services and the sales process.
