Job Description

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
  • Identify and approach potential clients such as architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Generate inquiries for aluminum doors/windows, curtain wall systems, structural glazing, ACP cladding, roofing systems, skylights, and facade solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Sales & Project Coordination
  • Understand customer requirements, suggest suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Follow up for negotiations, order finalization, and payment terms.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the region.
  • Gather market intelligence on pricing, products, and competitors.
  • Recommend new product developments or market strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain a database of existing and prospective clients.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Maintain proper documentation of proposals, contracts, and client communications.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of building materials, especially aluminum systems, façade engineering, and roofing solutions
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or any discipline
  • MBA in Marketing is a plus
  • 2–7 years of experience in sales of building materials / facade / aluminum systems / roofing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
