Job Description: The Assistant Sales and Support role involves assisting the sales team with lead generation, client communication, and ensuring exceptional customer support. The role also supports pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and client queries. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to begin their careers in sales and customer support within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Client interaction during meetings, product demos, and maintaining communication. Assisting in preparing RFIs, RFQs, and proposals, and participating in product demos. Addressing client queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure satisfaction. Assisting in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations. Maintaining client records in CRM systems and tracking sales activities. Assisting in sales forecasting and gathering market data for planning. Identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities to existing clients. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in BCom, MCom, or MBA with Finance and other relevant fields Strong English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Good Knowledge of finance would be an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
