About the Company

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying and visiting potential industrial clients.
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements, inspect current setups, and recommend appropriate compressor solutions or upgrades.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Coordinate with service and installation teams for timely delivery, installation, and commissioning.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product developments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Maintain accurate sales records, call reports, and territory data.
Provide regular feedback and sales reports to the management team.
Travel extensively across assigned territories for client meetings and sales visits.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing ability.
Technical understanding of compressor systems (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and relocate if required.
