Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation:

       Identify and research potential customers through networking, cold calling, social media, and market research.
    • Client Engagement:

       Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person to understand needs and present tailored solutions.

 

  • Sales Process:

     Conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotes/proposals, and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Account Management:

     Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Reporting:

     Track sales activities, meet targets, and provide performance reports using CRM software.
  • Collaboration:

     Work with marketing, support, and product teams for a seamless customer journey.
  • Market Awareness:

     Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
