Sales Executive - Telecaller

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Telecaller located in Bhopal. The Sales Executive - Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through phone calls to promote our products and services, understanding client’s needs, and providing them with relevant information. The individual will maintain a database of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, achieving monthly sales targets, and coordinating with other departments to streamline processes.

• Experience in telecalling and sales
• Customer relationship management skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products effectively
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
