Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller (Sales) located in Bhopal. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching DECG International's products, answering client queries, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role involves following up on leads, scheduling meetings, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Experience in telemarketing, sales calls, and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and call tracking systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle rejection and persevere
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the manufacturing or engineering sector, is preferred
