Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller cum Receptionist based in Bhopal. The Telecaller cum Receptionist will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing front desk operations, performing clerical tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Other duties include maintaining a professional reception area, coordinating appointments, and supporting various administrative functions.

Qualifications

Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of computer applications(MS Excel, MS Word, Power point).
Making Quotations as per company requirement.
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
