Job Description

Sales Manager

Someone who loves to talk, knows how to close, and can build long-term partnerships with hotels, travel agents, and corporate clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle all

    customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails

    with prompt and professional communication
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    hotels, travel agents, and corporate partners

  • Conduct regular visits to potential partners to drive new collaborations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experience and accurate reporting

  • Track leads, conversions, and pipeline performance


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in

    sales, business development, or hospitality

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in client-facing roles and on-ground visits

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized

  • Comfortable with basic CRM, Google Sheets, and email communication
