What You'll Do: You’ll shadow the founder and assist in all the madness that comes with running — glamping resorts and off-roading park. Every day is different. Your responsibilities will include: Purchasing & Vendor Management: From buying flowers for a private dinner to sourcing tiles for a new dome. Marketing Support: Helping with social media briefs, influencer coordination, shoot planning, or just carrying a tripod across a sand dune. Operations Assistance: Jumping in wherever needed—coordinating team tasks, tracking daily checklists, or solving random problems. Founder Projects: Supporting in new launches, last-minute events, expansion ideas, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Being Available: Basically, if the founder’s doing it—you’re probably doing it too. Who You Are: A doer. You don’t wait to be told twice. Super organized but okay with chaos too. Comfortable with Jaipur heat, hilltop resorts, and backseat brainstorming. Strong communication skills (WhatsApp, email, or just yelling across the room).
