Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jamshedpur for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day duties include developing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and promote company services.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and lead generation
Understanding of business development strategies and experience in market research
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of IT services such as digital marketing, website development, application development, and SAAS is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in IT sales or a similar field is an advantage but not mandatory
