Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The Sales Executive will also handle client communications, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Customer Service
Experience in Sales Strategies, Sales Analysis, and Target Achievement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the sportswear or retail industry is a plus
Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
