Job Description

As a Technology/Software Solutions Salesperson at ThinkBio.Ai/Feathersoft, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of technology solutions to agricultural businesses across the United States. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets within the US AgTech market. - Proactively identifying and qualifying new sales leads through various channels. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural industry. - Tailoring and presenting compelling value propositions for ThinkBio.Ai/Feathersoft's data platforms, AI solutions, and point solutions. - Conducting engaging product demonstrations and presentations to articulate the features, benefits, and ROI of technology solutions. - Developing and presenting persuasive sales proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales effectively. - Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM. - Providing valuable insights to inform product development and messaging. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support. - Representing ThinkBio.Ai/Feathersoft at industry conferences and networking events. - Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and performance metrics. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the AgTech industry. - Deep understanding of the US agricultural market. - Familiarity with regenerative agriculture principles and practices is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using CRM software. - Ability to travel within the US as needed. Preferred qualifications include an existing network of contacts within the US agricultural industry, experience selling SaaS-based solutions, understanding of data analytics and AI concepts in agriculture, and experience with solution selling methodologies.
