Job Title: Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive Location: Bangalore, Nagarbhavi Department: Sales Department Reports to: Sr. Sales Manager Job Summary: - We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, nurturing relationships, and driving the sales of our IT products and services. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions. Role & responsibilities : 1.Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads generated from various marketing channels (website, social media, paid ads, etc.), qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and timeline. 2.Sales Conversations: Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations to prospective clients via phone, email, or video conference, effectively communicating the value proposition of our IT solutions. 3.Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions in areas such as cloud services, software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more. 4.Lead Nurturing: Proactively follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships to convert them into paying customers. 5.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure effective lead handoff and to align sales strategies with the company's objectives. 6.Sales Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, report progress towards targets, and suggest improvements to optimize sales efforts. 7.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to provide accurate and relevant information to potential clients. Preferred candidate profile :- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or technology sector.
