Job Overview: We are looking with experience from 4 to 6 years with knowledge on sales along with IT Hardware/ Industrial Computing/AV & Digital Signage/Networking Products/Hardware devices. Role & responsibilities: Your roles are to improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth by defining long-term organizational strategic goals. You build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will be working in a sales position within the company. It is your job to work with the internal team, and others to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. Job Roles: Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers. Delivering presentations of the company products to the customers. Meeting annual sales goal and targets. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Ensuring effective internal communication within sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the company. Negotiating the agreement and closing down sales. Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities. Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers. Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain levels of the business activity. Strategy formation and planning Researching actively for potential clients. Pursuing and maintaining new business relationships. Following up customers continuously and responding to customers enquiries. Prepare business development strategies according to the needs of the clients. Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential customers. Achieving over all branch performance with Target sales and efficient transaction closures. Strengthening and Developing market relationships. Providing leadership and direction. Plan execution, measuring and adjusting. New territory and product development, Objection handling, Managing People. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's /Post Graduate degree in business, marketing or engineering. Proven sales experience of 4 to 6 Yrs. in IT Hardware, AV & Software Sales. Track record of over-achieving targets. Good knowledge about channel sales and end-user sales. Candidates must have excellent communication in English, Hindi and Regional language.
