Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Sorich Organics Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - **Sales Development**: - Identify and acquire new clients for OEM and white labeling projects. - Drive sales through online platforms (e-commerce) and offline channels (distributors, retail stores, and B2B clients). - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - **Client Relationship Management**: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions. - Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. - **Market Analysis & Business Expansion**: - Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for OEM and white-label products. - Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client demands and market trends. - **Operational Coordination**: - Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. - Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and management. - **Reporting & Performance Tracking**: - Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and client interactions. - Provide regular updates on sales pipelines and revenue forecasts. **Requirements**: - **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years in FMCG sales, preferably in OEM, white labeling, or similar domains. - **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the FMCG market and sales processes across online and offline channels. - **Communication Skills**: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. - **Travel**: Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits. - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
