Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth for our smart home technology division. In this role, you will engage with architects, builders, and property stakeholders, support digital marketing efforts, manage and qualify leads, and coordinate industry events and expos. Your contributions will be critical to expanding our client base and brand presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, system integrator, builders, architects, and property developers to schedule meetings for smart home device presentations and installations.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.

Maintain detailed records of prospective client interactions.


  • Digital Marketing Support:

Analyze digital marketing campaigns and strategies of competing smart home brands.

Prepare reports on competitor activities, trends, and best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop informed campaign strategies.


  • Lead Management:

Maintain and update lead databases using Excel or CRM tools.

Track lead stages from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-up.

Generate regular reports on lead pipeline, conversion rates, and status updates.


  • Event & Expo Coordination:

Plan and coordinate company representation at industry events and expos.

Liaise with third-party vendors and event organizers for logistics and booth setup.

Support post-event follow-up with leads and maintain event documentation.


Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with outbound sales/cold calling or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills to assess competitor marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Event coordination or vendor management experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of meetings scheduled with prospective clients.
  • Quality and timeliness of competitor analysis reports.
  • Accuracy and completeness of lead data in CRM/Excel.
  • Successful execution and impact of events/expos.
