Role & responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand staffing needs.
  • Present and sell staffing solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead to deal closure, including negotiations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain sales records and achieve sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven sales experience in lead generation and closing deals, preferably in staffing or B2B services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for sales tracking.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and customer-focused.
