Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, and closing sales to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Approach potential customers and present products/services effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth order processing
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer data
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong persuasion ability
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Willingness to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream)
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
