Job Description

On ground presence at the merchant store during business hours
Maintain strong relationship with merchant staff and brand promoters
Support merchant plus customer in issues pertaining to loan on ground
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
Ensuring governance adherence
Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with the team.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for ensuring minimum customer drop offs from store
Coordinate with Sales to help identify and track possible frauds on ground
Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,562.31 per month
