Present and sell staffing solutions tailored to client requirements. Manage the sales cycle from lead to deal closure, including negotiations. Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet client expectations. Maintain sales records and achieve sales targets. Preferred candidate profile Proven sales experience in lead generation and closing deals, preferably in staffing or B2B services. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals. Familiarity with CRM tools for sales tracking. Self-motivated, persistent, and customer-focused.
