We are expanding across India and seeking enthusiastic sales executives to fuel our next phase of growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 🔍 Lead Generation & Conversion Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (digital campaigns, inbound queries, events, references, etc.) Call and counsel prospective parents/students about SISYA courses (Booster, LTC, JEE Foundation, Olympiad, etc.) Maintain lead funnel, track conversion stages, and meet daily/weekly/monthly lead and revenue targets 🏫 School & Institutional Partnerships Build strong partnerships with schools, tuition centers, and coaching institutes for SIP (School Integration Programs) Conduct demo sessions and presentations for school administrators, principals, and coordinators Collect school databases and conduct on-ground/virtual promotions with support from the Marketing team 📞 Telecalling & Follow-up Daily telecalling to cold/warm leads with structured pitch scripts Schedule and confirm demo classes with IIT/NIT teachers Maintain regular follow-up and engagement via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails 📋 Reporting & CRM Management: Update CRM (Leads Management System) with call logs, feedback, and status Prepare daily/weekly reports on call volume, demo bookings, conversions, and closures Coordinate with academic, mentor, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support ✅ Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Sales, Marketing, or Education) Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Telugu, Hindi, etc.) Prior experience in EdTech / telesales / field sales / B2C or B2B sales is a plus Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized Comfort with tech tools like CRM software, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and cloud calling systems 🌟 Why Join SISYA CLASS?
