Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Tour Packages

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives, Officers, and Managers to join our team focused on selling domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and proven sales experience. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth in the travel segment.

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Executive / Officer:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Understand customer travel needs and provide customized tour package solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell tour packages to individual and group customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate prices and packages to meet customer budget and company targets.
  • Maintain updated knowledge about tour destinations, packages, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

For Sales Manager:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and partners.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for the sales department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel and tourism or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and energetic approach.
  • Leadership skills (for Sales Manager role).
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus depending on the target market.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
