Role Description

We are looking for a Growth/Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation with brands, driving brand activation, and supporting overall business growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our brand partnerships and helping us accelerate creator-commerce adoption.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads with D2C brands, agencies, and eCommerce businesses.
• Drive brand activation: onboard brands to Shoplinky and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketers, and decision-makers.
• Execute and manage outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create growth funnels and conversion strategies.
• Track, measure, and report on lead generation and brand activation performance.
• Support partnerships and campaign execution as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (internship/freshers with strong interest in startups welcome).
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interest in influencer marketing, D2C brands, and SaaS platforms is a plus.
