Role Overview As a Sales Manager – Brand Acquisition, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing brand partnerships. Your primary goal is to onboard brands looking to leverage influencer marketing through Shoplinky’s suite of collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities Brand Partnership & Onboarding: Identify and onboard brands that want to collaborate with influencers for promotions, gifting, and affiliate sales. Sales & Partnerships Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract brands seeking influencer-driven marketing solutions. Campaign Consultation: Educate brands on how they can use Shoplinky to discover influencers, create collaborations, gift products, and run affiliate campaigns. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead partnership discussions, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful onboarding. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with brands and help them optimize their influencer campaigns for better ROI. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creator acquisition teams to ensure seamless brand-influencer collaborations. Performance Tracking: Monitor brand success on Shoplinky, provide insights, and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions. Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years in sales, business development, or brand partnerships in influencer marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising. Network: Connections with brands, marketing agencies, or e-commerce businesses. Sales Skills: Proven track record of acquiring and managing brand partnerships with a focus on revenue generation. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, it could be plus if could know more about affiliate marketing, and social commerce. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
