Home Loan Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, builders, and channel partners.
Meet customers to understand their housing finance needs and explain loan products.
Conduct initial eligibility checks and coordinate documentation for loan processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets for home loan disbursements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during the loan process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of experience in home loan / LAP / mortgage sales (freshers with strong interest may be considered).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of housing loan products and mortgage industry.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Graduation in any field; MBA is an added advantage.
