Core Responsibilities: -

Revenue Generation & Quota Achievement

  • Direct Selling:

    Initiating and completing the sales process over the phone to acquire new customers or secure repeat business.
  • Target Hitting:

    Consistently meeting or exceedingly daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Objection Handling:

    Skillfully overcoming customer resistance, concerns, and questions to move the sale to closure.

Lead & Data Management

  • Outbound Calling:

    Executing a high volume of calls to warm leads, referrals, or pre-qualified lists.
  • CRM Documentation:

    Accurately logging all customer interactions, sales progress, call outcomes, and sensitive data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-up:

    Scheduling and executing timely calls or emails to nurture leads and convert pending opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Service

  • Needs Assessment:

    Active listening and probing to understand the customer's specific problems, needs, and purchasing power.
  • Product Presentation:

    Articulating the value proposition, features, and benefits of the offering clearly and enthusiastically.
  • Professional Rapport:

    Maintaining a professional, positive, and persuasive attitude throughout all phone interactions.
