Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and
managing business relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and business
partners. This role focuses on driving sales, expanding the companymarket reach, and
ensuring excellent customer service in the travel and hospitality industry .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential B2B clients, travel agencies, and corporate
partners to promote Touracleservices.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research .
Convert inquiries into sales by providing tailored holiday and travel solutions .
Maintain a high conversion rate by following up on leads and proposals effectively.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel agents and corporate
clients .
Understand client requirements and provide customized travel solutions .
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue
growth.
Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales performance.
4. Sales Support & Reporting
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients within the defined
Turnaround Time (TAT) .
Maintain an updated database of prospects, clients, and sales performance .
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands .
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance TouracleB2B sales strategies .
Identify new opportunities for product and service expansion .
