About the Role

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Prepare sales reports, track pipeline, and provide market feedback to the management team.

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–8 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (experience in Corporate Gaming preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
