About the Role

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, track pipeline, and provide market feedback to the management team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–8 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (experience in Corporate Gaming preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
