Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Spearheading sales initiatives for the
Wire product category
within the
Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Maharashtra)
region.
Managing and nurturing relationships with
distributors and dealers
to ensure consistent business growth.
Driving both
primary and secondary sales
, with a focus on expanding market share and revenue.
Strengthening the
dealer network
to enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
Monitoring and analyzing
competitor activities
, including pricing, product offerings, and promotional strategies.
Developing and executing
targeted marketing strategies
to address sales shortfalls and accelerate growth.
Overseeing
branding and advertising efforts
in the territory to boost brand awareness and recall.
Addressing and resolving
service-related issues
promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Leading, motivating, and improving the
communication and performance
of the distributors sales team.

Qualifications:

Relevant Graduation / 3yr Diploma (Regular)
4+ years of experience in Channel sales and Project sales experience is also required.
Market understanding of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Maharashtra) and Wire product segment (only).
