Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our company, your role will involve handling clients, taking them for visits, and ensuring their needs are met. You will be responsible for receiving instructions from managers and overseeing property sales. Your primary goal will be to secure deal closures and maintain strong relationships with customers to explore up-selling opportunities. Your contribution will drive the company's sales and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage leads from initial contact to conversion, utilizing effective communication skills throughout the process. - Present properties in an appealing manner to attract potential buyers. - Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. - Maintain accurate records, databases, and generate reports to track progress. - Meet sales targets by staying focused and committed to achieving goals within set deadlines. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. - Proficiency in working under pressure and delivering results. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong convincing abilities and target-driven mindset. - Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office for managing data efficiently. Please note that this position is open to male candidates who possess their own vehicle. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, total work, and sales. Fluency in English is also preferred. Work location will be in person.,
