Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail Branding Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 1–2 years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Advertising / Retail Branding / Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing retail branding team. This role requires someone who is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about building strong client relationships. If you have a knack for sales, experience in retail branding or advertising, and a collaborative mindset, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Convert warm leads into sales by identifying client requirements and recommending the right branding solutions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Promote and sell branding services such as in-store branding , POS displays , signage , and retail visual merchandising . Partner with the pre-sales team to craft compelling proposals, pricing models, and sales pitches. Collaborate with vendors, design teams, and execution teams for smooth and timely project delivery. Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to inform sales strategy. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Provide post-sale support and foster ongoing engagement with key accounts. Prepare sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Marketing , or a relevant field. 1–2 years of experience in sales; experience in retail branding, printing, advertising, or signage solutions is preferred. Sound understanding of branding materials, retail marketing concepts, and sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation , and client management skills. Strong coordination and project management capabilities across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms . Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and willingness to travel for client meetings. Job Type: Permanent Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 27/04/2025
