Sales Executive-Real Estate

Greetings from TNCD KG Groups! We are currently looking to hire Sales Executives/Sr. Sales Executives to join our team. As a Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential customers to showcase our products or services, maintaining relationships with existing customers, negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales contracts, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Sales Executive, with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 10 years of experience in Real estate, Automobile, Banking, or Insurance sales. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, target-driven, and have a demonstrated track record in sales. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for this role, along with strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities. Candidates should also possess the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs, exhibit relationship management skills, be open to feedback, and hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. MBA freshers are also welcome to apply for this position. This is a full-time role with benefits including Provident Fund.
