Hiring for Executive/Senior/Manager Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Find new business opportunities and customers
• Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
• Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers
• Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities
• Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Executive / senior / Manager sales
• Minimum 2 to maximum 18 years of Experience in Real estate/Automobile/Banking and Insurance sales.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
