Job Description Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Sales Executive in the Real Estate sector by generating quality leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing property sales to drive revenue and maintain excellent client relationships in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and networking. - Understand client needs and provide suitable real estate solutions. - Conduct site visits, present property features, pricing, and documentation process to potential clients. - Maintain follow-ups with prospective buyers, handle pre-sale and post-sale customer queries. - Stay updated on market trends, available inventory, legal processes, and competitor offerings. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, negotiate deals, and close property sales. - Maintain client databases, collaborate with marketing and CRM teams, attend property expos and promotional events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in real estate sales or related field (1-3 years preferred). - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and closing skills. - Customer-centric mindset, high ownership, integrity, knowledge of local property laws, and real estate market. - Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets. Additional Details: The company offers Fuel & Mobile Allowance (as applicable) along with professional development opportunities. You will be working in a day shift with a fixed schedule at the Lucknow location.
