Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (Real Estate) is located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating terms with clients, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also be involved in networking with potential clients and staying updated on market trends and property values.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales, and Business Development
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Trend Analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local real estate market in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
