Hiring: Real Estate Sales Executive (Kharadi, Pune)
Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Real Estate Background Only)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Fixed + Attractive Incentives)
Location: Kharadi, Pune

About the Role:
We’re looking for smart, driven, and well-spoken Sales Executives with prior real estate experience to handle site visits, client follow-ups, and closures for premium residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and scheduled site visits
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions
• Regular follow-ups with prospects and active pipeline management
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates and deal support
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and confident in client interactions
• Strong knowledge of Kharadi and East Pune micro-markets is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.08 per month
