As a Sales Executive at Pinecliff Realty, you will play a crucial role in the success of our retail sales team in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. With 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the retail sector, you will have the opportunity to engage with potential clients, understand their property requirements, and offer them suitable solutions. Your key responsibilities will include generating and converting leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will conduct site visits, providing clients with a seamless property-buying experience while building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Your ability to negotiate terms effectively and close sales to achieve assigned targets will be essential, while staying updated on market trends, property rates, and competitor activities.
