Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert walk-in, site-visit, and referral customers into sales
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects clearly to clients
• Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective buyers regularly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales. Freshers may apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach with persuasive abilities
• Basic knowledge of property documentation and sales process
• Comfortable with field work and site visits
• Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM systems is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in selling apartments, shops, plots, or gated communities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
