Job Overview:We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate team. The role involves promoting and selling residential/commercial land in the Bihta region, developing client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and digital outreach.
• Present and promote company projects to potential customers with confidence and clarity.
• Conduct site visits with clients and provide all necessary project information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.
• Stay updated with local market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably land/plot sales).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of real estate laws and documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates from Bihta/Patna or nearby areas will be preferred.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: Competitive (Fixed + Attractive Incentives)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
