Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts when necessary to maintain harmony within the team. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on employee development, feedback, and goal-setting. Compliance & Policies: Ensure that all HR practices comply with legal regulations and company policies. Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in HR management, ideally within the food industry or a fast-growing startup environment. Strong understanding of labor laws, performance management systems, and employee relations practices. Proven ability to lead recruitment efforts and talent development strategies.
