Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced managers to lead our efforts within the low voltage security industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our presence in the real estate vertical & government vertical.
2. Must have proven Experience in system like CCTV, Fire alarms, PA system, Access Control System, Parking Management System, Visitor Management etc.
3. Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and accounts within the real estate industry, including property management companies, developers, commercial landlords, and residential complexes, architects, consultants/security consultants and many more.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the real estate sector, including property managers, facility directors, and building owners.
5. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to tailor solutions to meet the desired needs of real estate clients.
7. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our low voltage security solutions.
8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
9. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Must have experience of minimum 4-5 years in Low voltage security system.
2. Bachelor's degree in technology, marketing, or a related field or MBA in related field.
3. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the low voltage security.
4. Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, trends, and challenges, with established relationships in the industry.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key decision-makers.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding the given sales targets and objectives.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.
10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
