Key Responsibilities:
✅ Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including software and hardware.
✅ Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve system errors.
✅ Provide technical support on-site, over the phone, or via email.
✅ Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality.
✅ Maintain, repair, and upgrade computer systems and related hardware.
✅ Configure and manage wireless LAN technologies.
✔️ Knowledge of OS (Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Windows Server 2012/16, Linux).
✔️ Experience with security systems (CCTV, Access Control) is a plus.
✔️ Excellent troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
✔️ Ability to handle customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
✔️ Good written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Willingness to travel for daily site visits.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
